Richard Patricio – LL.B
President & CEO

Richard Patricio is President and CEO of Mega Uranium Ltd. and has served in this capacity since February 2015, having been Mega Uranium’s Executive Vice President since 2005. Mega Uranium is a Toronto-based mineral resources company with a focus on uranium properties in Australia and Canada, and holds a portfolio of uranium-focused equity investments. Mr. Patricio previously served as the CEO of Pinetree Capital Ltd., a TSX-listed investment company specializing in early stage resource investments.

Mr. Patricio is a graduate of Osgoode Hall Law School and is a member of the Law Society of Ontario. He previously worked at a large Toronto-based law firm before moving in-house at a TSX-listed manufacturing company. Mr. Patricio has been involved with the founding and growth of many resource-based issuers, and presently sits on the Board of several TSX-listed issuers, including NexGen Energy Ltd.

Arvin Ramos – CPA
CFO & Director

Mr. Arvin Ramos holds a degree in commerce and a member of the Chartered Professional Accountants of Ontario. Mr. Ramos has over 15 years of business experience, having supported a broad range of industries, including mining, technology and banking. Mr. Ramos serves as CFO of several junior mining companies.

Aaron Stone – P.Geo
Vice President Exploration

Mr. Stone is a registered Professional Geologist (OGQ – 02170) in the province of Québec, Canada and is fluent in both French and English. Most recently, Mr. Stone worked with Laurentia Exploration, the geological consulting group working on Amex Exploration Inc.’s Perron Project, which has made several high-grade gold discoveries. Having managed sizable drill programs in the past, Mr. Stone brings a solid set of geological and 3D modelling skills in addition to an excellent understanding of Québec geology, with a strong focus on clear communication. Prior to Laurentia, the bulk of his experiences came in the Australian iron ore industry, with his focus turning to gold since his relocation to Montreal in late 2017. He holds a Bachelor of Science (Mineral Exploration and Mining Geology) from Curtin University in Perth, Australia.

Jordan Harris, G.I.T.
Technical Consultant

Mr. Harris is a consulting geoscientist in-training with expertise in spatial analysis of mineral deposits. He has worked with several junior mineral exploration companies completing field operations and geospatial mapping projects. His previous work has focused on gold mineralization in multiple districts across Canada including: the Tintina Gold province in the Yukon, the Beardmore-Geraldton belt in Ontario and the Upper Eastmain belt and Abitibi greenstone belts in Quebec. Additionally, Mr. Harris has an academic research background with published scientific work in the Journal of Geochemical Exploration. Mr. Harris holds an Honours Bachelor of Science (Geology) from the University of Ottawa and is registered as a Geoscientist in Training (G.I.T.) with the Professional Geoscientists Ontario.

Victor Cantore
Director

Mr. Cantore is President, CEO, and a director of Amex Exploration, a Quebec-based exploration company. He is a seasoned capital markets professional specializing in the resource and high-tech sectors. He has more than 25 years of advisory and leadership experience having begun his career in 1992 as an investment advisor and then moving into management roles at both public and private companies. During his career he has organized and structured numerous equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint venture partnerships and strategic alliances. Mr. Cantore serves on the boards of various companies both private and public.

Kelly Malcolm, P.Geo
Director

Mr. Malcolm is a Professional Geologist who specializes in integration and interpretation of geological, geochemical, and geophysical data to guide exploration and development activities. He has worked in the mineral exploration industry for several junior explorers and mid-tier producers and was most recently involved in the discovery and delineation of Detour Gold’s high-grade 58N deposit. Mr. Malcolm acts as a consultant to several boutique Toronto-based finance firms. He holds a Bachelor of Science Honours degree in geology and a Bachelor of Arts degree in economics, both from Laurentian University.

Nathan Tribble, P.Geo
Director

Mr. Tribble, P.Geo. (ON) has over 13 years of professional experience in exploration and mining, with a particular focus on gold and base metal exploration and project evaluation. Past experience includes Senior Principal Geologist for Sprott Mining, Senior Geologist for Bonterra Resources, Jerritt Canyon Gold, Kerr Mines, Northern Gold, Lake Shore Gold and Vale Inco. He was also part of the exploration team that discovered the 6.5 million-ounce Côté Lake gold deposit for Trelawney Mining and Exploration Inc. Mr. Tribble is registered as a Professional Geoscientist in Ontario and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Geology from Laurentian University.

Bernard Dionne
Director

Mr. Dionne has more than 36 years of experience in the investment industry as a financial advisor, including 11 years as a branch manager and vice-president. He graduated in business finance from the Université du Québec in Rimouski, and provided financial advice to his clients and mentored other advisors. He is also a member of various social boards sports clubs, training group Charbonnex Inter, and ISMER (Institut des sciences de la mer). Mr. Dionne has founded many charities in his community. Having been involved in the mining industry since 1985, Mr. Dionne brings strong knowledge of Canadian business to the team and believes the sector will only continue to grow.
